Form of abstract

1. Abstracts should be written in English;
2. Abstracts should not exceed 300 words, excluding the title of the paper and name(s) of the author(s);
3. The title should be brief, clearly indicating the nature of the topic;
4. State the name(s) of the author(s), institutional affiliations, city and country. Omit degrees and titles.

Content of abstract

Please indicate (as far as possible)

1. Statement of the purpose of the paper to be presented;
2. Summary of the main arguments of the paper;
3. Conclusions.

Typing of abstracts

1. Please send your abstracts in a font size equal to 12 characters per inch, preferably using Times New Roman font;
2. Type title in CAPITAL LETTERS, followed by a blank line;
3. The entire abstract should be single spaced;
4. References, if any should be included in the body of the abstract. Illustrations and tables can be inserted.

Please accompany the abstract with the following details:

• Full postal address for contact
• (Address, City, Zip Code, Country)
• Telephone and fax number
• E-mail address
• Title of presentation
• Full name, title and position of all authors of the paper

General

1. Abstracts will be reviewed with respect to merit, relevance and clarity;
2. Abstracts may be submitted by e-mail or mail prior to the deadline (1 September 2011);
3. Submit the abstract together with the presenter’s information;
4. The notifications of acceptance will be mailed before 1 November 2011;
5. For accepted abstracts: the deadline for the full paper for the Book of Proceedings is 31 March 2012. The full paper is expected to be approximately 5–8 pages. Further instructions will be given with the notification of acceptance.
